How we started

Prior to starting Ledge, I worked as CFO of an emerging franchisor, helping to grow the business from 2 to 80 locations. As the franchise grew, I noticed one glaring issue:

Our franchise owners were unable to make great financial decisions. Why?

1. They lacked clear and timely monthly financials
2. They didn't have 1-on-1 financial meetings to improve their business
3. Their time was spent inefficiently on bookkeeping instead of growing their business
4. Their financials were not tailored to their brand-specific needs
5. They received unexpected hourly bills – instead of fixed monthly pricing

In order to fix these issues, I started Ledge with a clear mission – to give franchise owners the ability to make better financial decisions. We now serve over 500+ franchise owners monthly and are blessed to continue growing.
